90 Degrees yoga is directed by Allison Lindquist. Allison has been practicing Hot Yoga for over 13 years. She became "hooked" on yoga after her first Bikram class in Florida, taught by James Barkan (founder of Barkan Method and considered one of Bikram's senior instructors) in 1997. From that point forward, her love of yoga "in the heat" flourished and grew, even through pregnancy! She continued to take classes daily for the next eight years at James Barkan's studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Allison found her passion in yoga, she found her calm silence, she found her soul.

Allison was certified and trained at Barsana Dham Ashram. The experience allowed her to truly understand the roots of yoga and honor its heritage. Allison is a certified and registered Yoga Alliance instructor whom passionately loves teaching yoga. Upon moving here from Florida, her goal has been to join "Hot" and "Yoga"as one here in Greenville!
