Yoga Beyond your mat

TBA in winter season

The word yoga means “to join”.  Join your body, mind, spirit.  So, what does it mean to lead a “yogic” life?  What does it mean to be “practicing yoga”? Yoga is more than an exercise.  It is being balanced and flexible in your life, as well as your body.  Understanding its roots, history and principles will drastically reduce stress in one’s life and lead you to a peaceful and balanced life.  This seminar will teach yoga principles and how to incorporate then into modern life. Once you learn how to truly practice yoga….your life will transform.  Your chaotic mind will cease, your stress levels will decrease and your personal view of yourself will deepen positively. Every person practicing…should go the next step…and learn how to really practice YOGA.

Guided Healing Meditation

Meditation is learning how to calm the chaotic mind and find the answers within.  Often times we become off track in life due to old emotional wounds that have never been healed.  Guided meditations are used to draw you into one with the spirit and heal deep rooted issues.  The course will bring harmony to your heart, mind and give you a sense of wholeness.  Meditations include : inner child healing, forgiveness, removal of self judgment, inner sanctuary and discovering your inner guide.

Understanding Life Coaching

Life coaching is solution driven.  The goal is to bring balance to your life spiritually and fundamentally.  Life coaching helps you understand yourself, your personal goals and the concrete path to achieving them.  Upon completion you will feel inner peace and complete understanding of yourself, centered and grounded with your life purpose.  This seminar is interactive. You will leave knowing your own personal convictions, stressors and how to restore balance.
