Hot Yoga classes combine vinyasa flow posture series with static pose segments in a heated room. Get a clarifying sweat on, as muscles are warmed and tensions are released in your body and mind. Yoga philosophy and spiritual themes are woven into each practice.

Yin & Meditation
Find peace of mind on Sundays at 5:30pm with this low heat bliss-out, weekly yoga staple!
Take the world down a few notches and go deep into self propelled relaxation with our weekly Yin class. Open and melt into each slow, grounded posture for 3-5 minutes, creating space in your connective tissues and relaxation in large and small muscle groups. Class ends with 10 to 15 minutes of meditation. Witness your mind unwind into smooth spaciousness that you can carry into the week ahead.
Join our Warm Mindful Flow Yoga classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00pm each week!

If you prefer a lighter heat and a slower flow of pose work but still want all the great benefits of our traditional 90 Degrees Hot Yoga practice, our Warm Mindful Flow Yoga class is just right for you! Enjoy our classic combination of vinyasa flow posture series and static pose segments in a warm room with yoga philosophy and spiritual themes shared in each practice.
